Earthquake proof homes

While studying earthquakes, the eighth grade constructed earthquake "proof" homes using various materials. We were testing to determine if certain materials were better suited to withstand the vibrations of an earthquake. Unfortunately, our results were inconclusive, but we had a lot of fun constructing our magnificent homes.
